The aluminum-plastic composite film can be roughly divided into three layers

1.the inner layer is the bonding layer, mostly made of polyethylene or polypropylene material, which plays the role of sealing bonding;

2.The middle layer is aluminum foil, which can prevent the infiltration of water vapor from the outside of the Battery and the seepage of the internal electrolyte.

3.The outer layer is a protective layer, mostly made of polyester or nylon material with high melting point. It has strong mechanical properties to prevent the damage of external force to the Battery and plays a role in protecting the Battery.
